Attention all shoppers: pharmacists are a valuable source of health information for people with diabetes!
To help Ascensia Diabetes Care provide a resource to pharmacists, we designed and created an easy to access pharmacist app, consisting of diabetes and related health content. It includes a counseling guide for pharmacists, educational information about diabetes, lifestyle recommendations and medication information.
Result: Pharmacists are able to provide complete care, with the click of a button.
